GMC operates under a comprehensive safety management system that includes:
- Strict adherence to mining safety regulations and international best practices
- Daily safety briefings and toolbox talks before the start of every shift
- Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all sites no exceptions
- Routine inspections and hazard assessments are used to identify and eliminate risks.
